I want to buy my husband a GPS navigator as a gift. He is an avid hiker and is always talking about how great it would be to have one. I don't know a lot about the technology or options available out there, and I am hoping for a little advice backed by experience.
I am currently using the Aqua Force GPS fitness monitor. After about six months I can honestly say that I am impressed. The reading is accurate and since it is a fitness watch it can also track runs and has all the normal functions you would expect of a watch.
Ryan thanks for the info, I'll definitely check out the Aqua Force. I like the idea of it being a GPS watch. I think he'll be less likely to lose it on the trail. Weston, I would rather my husband figures out where he is before it gets dark
